Well proven and robust Underpressure drilling and tapping machine for inserting ferrules into live water mains up to 48″ diameter. The machines can either drill directly into the main, or using a universal undercarriage, through a bossed saddle strap. Maximum working pressure 16bar.

Choice of 110 or 230V models, with fusion data input from reading the fitting barcode with scanner or manual input of fusion time by push buttons. Historical fusion data (Calder safe,) memory capacity 750 fusion cycles, memory download onto USB data stick. Embedded resistor (Fusamatic) & point of weld record by GPS option available 3 Conductor primary power supply cable (input cable,) permanently fixed to aluminium casing, choice of connector plug. Combined data & secondary power supply chord (output chord,) with pigtails, permanently fixed to aluminium casing, fitting plugs with choice of 4.0 or 4.7mm connectors. Multiple language options available.
