Simona PE100 Tees with Reduced Branch

Drawing on its many years of expertise, SIMONA has now produced reduced-branch tees capable of withstanding fullpressure loads – a solution tailored to the requirements of the water utility industry. The fittings are equipped with a reinforced saddle, thus allowing maximumpressure operation without the need for full encasing. Thanks to the compact design, complex assemblies consisting of tees and reducers are also a thing of the past. The result: reduced space requirement, more efficient installation and significant cost savings.

Simona PE100

Alongside its outstanding processability, polyethylene (PE) displays good chemical resistance and offers strength and rigidity within a temperature range of between – 40 °C and + 80 °C. Due to the inclusion of soot particles, PE is resistant to UV light and therefore also suitable for long-term outdoor applications.

PE100 Piping System

A versatile polyethylene pipe system offering used in a diverse range of applications, from the transportation of wastewater and rainwater, to hydroelectricity, geothermal, fire and sprinkler main and pumped sewer systems.

A corrosion free range of polyethylene and specialist pipe system solutions for the safe transportation of drinking water. We offer innovative pipe designs for use in contaminated land and specialist pipe ideal for no-dig installation technologies.

Electrofusion Fittings

Designed for natural and suitable manufactured gases, drinking water and wastewater polyethylene pipelines, our range of electrofusion fittings are made from high strength black PE100, with exposed wire technology offering maximum heat transfer and distribution during the welding process. For ease of installation our socket fittings are manufactured with insertion stops to ensure the pipe is fully engaged into the fitting during assembly.
